Update: I tried again this afternoon. They answered my question in an online chat with tech support, without even having to make me restate the question. The previous tech made me restate the same information I had entered in the "request support" form, though that may have been part of their computer outage. Sounds like I will get my "stimulus" check via direct deposit, rather than waiting until August for a paper check. Too bad for Dubya, it's going right into Danny's 529.
